I'm sure this gets asked every year so I'll be that guy this year...
When does everyone start putting their baits out? Second or third week in April or beginning if May? This will be my first go round at baiting, I say I'm going to do it every year and then by the time break up hits the list of things I have not done all winter keeps me busy till I go back to work and that's it. But not this year!! My 9 year old says he's not accepting excuses and I won't argue.
Also, I hear WMU 330 gets over crowded. I was hoping to bait there as it is fairly close to Calgary and is familiar territory for me. Are there any spots where a guy won't be within arms reach of another bait? Or would 337 be better?
And if anyone knows anybody in the Calgary area with beaver carcasses for sale that would be helpful as well.
