I'm sure there's at least a couple of you out there that have some good recipes for Antelope. I've never eaten it before, or cooked it(obviously).
Any special marinades?

If you have it in steaks on the BBQ, some Montreal Steak Spice and when almost cooked the way you like your meat, take a piece of butter and melt it ot top.
That's how I eat it!

Thanks Cabot. You really just can't go wrong with Montreal Steak Spice

Pound it into a minute steak with a meat hammer...coat it with roasted butter and garlic flavored Fish Crisp, and fry quickly in a bit of oil. You'll love it.

So this is what I did,
One strip loin marinated with kraft "Balsamic vinegrette" salad dressing(freakin awesome)
The other I did with a little olive oil, onion salt, montreal steak spice, and some port. I wouldnt do the port again. But it was all very tasty
Damn its 3am and I'm hungry!!!

I make schnitzel out of venison and antelope back strap, Cut 1/2 " pound it out to 1/4" , dust in flour, dip in egg then coat with breadcrumbs and parmigan cheese and fry in olive oil.
