Hey all,
I have a question about applying for class A tags at pigeon for this year. Based on last year's draw, everybody with any priority was drawn for class A:
http://mywildalberta.com/Fishing/WalleyeDraws/documents/WEB_2013%20Fish%20Draw%20Summary.pdf
Walleye (Class A) Draw Code 60 Over 50 cm - 2 Walley

Total Applications Total Drawn % Drawn
701 2407
4 4 4 100.00%
Pigeon
3 6 6 100.00%
2 4 4 100.00%
1 53 53 100.00%
0 1076 1076 100.00%
1143 1143 100.00%

So, if my Dad and I apply as a group and pay the application fee once, based on last year's results we should both get drawn, correct? Or do you guys think it would be best to apply separately in-case it's not the same for this year?
This will be our first year applying, so we both have priority 0.
thanks :)

it depends how many people is applying and tag availible tag #'s , usually if you apply in groups they will take the lowest priorty(0) if one get draw all get drawn for the same tag .

Personally I would apply together. That way if you do not get your first or second choice but do get drawn at least it will be for the same lake, and you save an application fee to boot.

yeah, that's what I was thinking. So long as the same number of tags as last year are available this year, and roughly the same amount apply, should both be able to get drawn hopefully.

Good Luck to you.
