Whats the best bait for winter wolves?

I would use road kill or anything that would draw ravens in. Have never tried baiting wolves and I'm also interested in hearing other ideas.

road kill,guts,roadents, beavers..

If you are using road kill make sure it is free and clean of engine coolant and/or oil. If it has either on it, the wolves won't touch it.

You need a permit from F&W to use road kill. There is some concern with CWD and the spread of it by using road kill.
