I think I have a line on a handful of them. The guy wants $20 a piece.
I have muskrats that I can sell as well for $15 for about 20 rats and some beaver shavings mixed in. I live East side of Edmonton

Pretty sad that the carcasses are worth more then the hides. I cant believe that someone would pay 20$ a beaver or even worse 15$ a rat. Maybe I have had it to good we pay 2to5$ a beaver.

That's 15 for 20 rats less then a dollar each

Funny how people whine when they have to pay for something a trapper had to pay many thousands to even be able to do.:rolleye2: selling for 10-15 just covers costs and the hide is were the profit is.

Got the bags of rats that have about 15-20 a bag. Basically they are as heavy as a beaver. The scent from the musk will be good atractant. I have about 6-8 bags full of them. They will get the bears in. If they don't sell they will be used for my Marten baits next winter. No big deal. They are worth more to me for bait than less than $15.

Beaver are not that easy to catch a pile of them without a lot of work.
