Licence question

One of the guys wanting to hunt spring snows in Sask with us didn't hunt last fall, and so doesn't have a federal permit from last year, and it doesn't appear that the 2014 ones are out yet.
Anyone know if there is away he can get legally licensed?

Just go to the post office and buy a 2013 migratory bird licence and you are good to go for the spring season. I would call around to see who still has any left we had a hard time find one.

I would be very surprised if you were able to find a 2013 Migratory license anywhere. Best bet would likely be call the local or any major F&W office in the area you are going to be and see what their advice is on how to proceed. good luck.
