Emailed them today and got this response,

"Brazeau,

Thank you for your email. I apologize for your inconvenience. Please know that your draw priorities are available online from May 5, 2014. Your priorities are not lost. In the meantime if you provide us your WIN number we will be able to look up this information for you. If you need further assistance please give us a call at 1-888-944-5494.

Just got off the phone with relm. They are "hoping to have the priorities available sometime in may". This system is great!:snapoutofit:

Just spent better than 1/2 hr on the phone with them.Still showing no priorities.Was told to keep checking back every week or so,they are hoping to have this done by the end of the month

I printed all mine off before they disappeared. Hope it won't be an issue.

i have mine printed...but anyone with 10 minutes of photoshop experience could doctor it and make the priorities whatever they want...im thinking a saved screenshot wont go far if there is an issue in the switch over.
