Question about traplines/units.

Can someone who owns the rights to a trapline give someone else permission to trap in his area? Off course they would have all educational/licensing requirements confirmed.
Is that a "trapping Partner"? I've been interested in trapping wolves for awhile now and the openhouse last week really fueled it

Also do I need a resident trapping permit to snare coyote/beaver on my own land?
(you don't need a hunting license too) and there's no charge for "damage control"

Yes, that is what partner trapping is you need to get the approriate form at Fish and Wildlife and have the senior partner sign it (as well as yourself).
I think the lience is only about $20.00

The trapping regs. are on line at sustainable resource managenment (SRD).
This should answer all your questions but I'm quiet sure you can only shoot "not trap" coyotes and beaver without a trapping lience.
