rob ford sighting

seems like rob ford has left the building. after deciding to leave the U.S. before being kicked out he has disappeared. well, yesterday as i was fishing the nsr i was sure i saw him with a rod in hand. as i approached to say high (i mean hi) he ran off into the bush. anyone else seen him around?
i have a vid. of him but it's so blurry that it could have been elvis or a sasquatch.
