clever, but do the cops actually take payment for the traffic fines or is it some admin people? My agency it was our local court clerks that had to deal with this kinda stuff and the officer who wrote the ticket wouldn't generally know this happened.

An act like that says more about the person doing it than it says about those receiving it: too much time on his hands, no respect for authority, and did he happen to recall that it was his traffic violation that was caught by an alert officer that precipitated the whole thing??
