My single sister inlaw needs this small job done in order to sell her Condo in Blackfalds! ( No man in the House). This job needs to be completed quickly! Pending sale of condo! maybe someone doing a drywall job in the area could do this and make some x-tra cash for this small job. But again it must be done by Alberta code. Thanks
