Saw a small pike caught on the other bank shortly after my brown. A fellow from Innisfail had some luck with Goldeye by the Hwy 54 bridge but that's all I've heard of. Gunner is right it's been pretty poor this spring.

That is only for the portion upstream of forestry trunk road. Rest opened on the 15th and you can find it under the PP2 bodies of water.

Thundercatcher, If you finish that excerpt from the regs you posted it states...
"from Forestry Trunk Road downstream to Gleniffer (Reservoir) Lake and tributaries, (except Burnt Timber, North Burnt Timber and North Raven River [Stauffer Creek])
Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 – All species limit 0; Bait Ban.
Nov. 1 to Mar. 31 – CLOSED"
It then picks up in the PP2 portion of the regs as follows...
"from the Dickson Dam downstream to the Tolman Bridge and Main Stem Named and Unnamed Tributaries (excluding the Blindman and Medicine Rivers) (Sec. Rd. 585 [14-33-22-W4])
May 15 to Mar. 1 – Trout limit 0; Mountain Whitefish limit 3 over 30 cm; Walleye limit 0; Sauger limit 3 (no size limit); Pike limit 3 over 63 cm; Burbot limit 2 (Burbot limit 0 - Feb. 1 to Mar. 31); Goldeye limit 10; Maggots are the only bait allowed.
Mar. 2 to May 14 – CLOSED
from the Tolman Bridge (Sec. Rd. 585) downstream to the Alberta/Saskatchewan border
May 15 to Mar. 31 – Walleye and Sauger limit 3; Walleye over 50 cm; Pike limit 3 over 63 cm; Burbot limit 2 (Burbot limit 0 - Feb. 1 to Mar. 31); Goldeye limit 10; Lake Sturgeon limit 0; Bait allowed.
Apr. 1 to May 14 – CLOSED"
So as stated it opened up on the 15th.
