Was out today. Fished about 4-5 hours. I caught 56 while my buddy caught approx 30-35. All standard small size, very "grey" looking.

I finally caught a pike though (dont think I have ever caught one there yet) and 1 small burbot was also caught. We were using Gulp bait. Then just used the bare jig cuz it was less work than having to rebait. Made no difference at all, they will hit anything in that lake.

Great place to take kids if ya got them. Was fishing from a boat, which obviously helps, but the people we saw fishing from shore seemed to be doing ok.

man they should do a major restocking in there with some bait fish for next spring.. cause i think the population well dwindle if nothing happens.

Been there yesterday, just a bunch of small walleye, but they're still fun. Cought a pike at twin valley, with no teeth, reminded me of a duck, 2 lb and it was bit by something bigger on its tail.
