I'm wondering if anyone knows the story about these pics I was sent......
If this is in-fact true its an incredible fish.

The story I got was Turtle lake Sask. 56in long and 55 lbs.

These have been floating around forever. I dont think it is even from Sask. From what I heard originally is that it was from Ontario somewhere but I have also seen claims it came from the US. So who knows, but they are old pictures.

I heard Europe.. And i have googled the one pic a while back, and it was on a european fishing website.. Not that it means anything! Lol

I think I first saw the pic 6 or 7 yrs ago.

Ontario in the river, sask Europe been caught all over the place

That's me I just caught that last night in the Battle River! Used an ugly stick with 600yards of 2lb test.....took nearly 8 hours to land!

Thats funny i picked up about 600yrds of 20lb test on the Battle last night.. Well 200 yrds anyway.. Lol

One thing I will never understand is how these combination of pictures always get posted together. Pretty darn obvious the first picture isn't the same fish he is holding.
