How is the camping and fishing at Cow lake by Rocky Mountain House

Was just wondering how the camping and perch fishing is at cow lake? Is there just one boat boat launch for the lake? Would like to take my son out. Heard that the pike fishing was good would like to find out from some others before I go out.

You might be better off driving 40 miles north to buck lake. A couple of campgrounds, more than one boat launch, good pikeral, pike and some perch.

Or burnstick has perch too.
