Summer Whitefish?

Anyone able to help a brother out, wondering if, where and how the best way to get a few summer whitefish. Have never specifically fished for or caught one of these beauties yet.

Look up Lake Whites I have posted on how I fish them with a Fly Rod but you can use spin cast too.. here is one post

I have caught them both on spin and fly rod in summer

was out today and got into 2 nice ones(4#+) ..landed one but it got away :confused0024: the other broke 4# tippet

look on u-tube and you will see them catching Lake Whitefish on the Mepps and spoons up north

saw a dead Lake Whitefish(old age most likely) that won't be in the lake for long as there are 4 eyes watch and 3 mouths to feed

and the big tadpoles are out
