My wife and and are planning on building or purchasing in home forgot next summer. Consequently, we are looking for a house inspector in the Lacombe area to inspect out current home in prefer to repair and eliminate any issues it may have. We are doing so to facilitate its sale next spring.

Other than experience, what should I be looking for in terms of credentials?

Any good or bad experiences shared would be a plus...

My girlfriend and I bought our first house almost exactly a year ago, and we called Home Alyze (http://www.homealyze.com/). The guy they sent out did a PHENOMENAL job; went over EVERYTHING, told us everything we needed to know and then some. Was very thorough, made sure we understood things before he proceeded. Had us go through the whole thing with him. It was great. Can't remember his name though... Older guy. I would highly recommend them, based on our one experience.

Cool, thanks. I'll look then up and give them a call.
