I emailed a friend who lives in Tapachula Mexico.The earthquake was centred very close to this area.
Apparently it registered 7.1 at 6:25 this morning.
She said it was terrible,she only received a cut on her wrist and household items were scattered all over the floor.
She also said this is the third quake she has felt this year in southern Mexico.The other two were not as strong.
Kind of scary,more and more quakes on the Pacific coast this year than in past years.Hope the big does not happen soon.
I am planning on going back to southern Mexico again this coming winter.
Oh well,what happens,happens and there is nothing a person can do to stop it.
I wish the Mexican people the best.
