Closest one is the Shepard Landfill, Sundance. It's on 68 St just South of 114 Ave.

Seriously. I thought there was one just south. Looks like a BFI location but no dump info. The Sheppard one is to the east which I am aware of. I remembered a buddy in Chaparral taking about a dump there near the community.

Yeah, unlike posting asking about facilities in campgrounds in Whitefish Montana. It's really hard to find campground info on specific locations anywhere but on AO. ;) LOL

FYI, there used to be a public dump there (early late 90's), and Yes if you are wondering, those houses in Walden/Legacy are starring at that beautiful hill of garbage.

It is (at least if you are talking about the walden SE one), but it is not a public dump anymore.

I've got friends in Mackenzie towne, and I can smell the dump (current public dump) from their place. I can't imagine living with it or living closer. A very large reason why I live south of 22x in the SE.
