We are headed down to Writing-on-Stone PP from July 23-30 for a week of camping. I was hoping that some of you could offer me any tips for fishing in the Milk River and the types of fish you have caught there. Cheers!

Yes there are. Very habitat specific, nocturnal, and small. A 10" catfish would be a big one.

There can be some pretty good sauger fishing in the right holes at the right time. The water volume of this river is very dependant upon upstream US water extraction. Look for the deeper water with current.
