albertarelm issue for purchasing fishing licence

Does anyone know of a current problem with purchasing a fishing licence on the albertarelm?

We just tried to purchase a fishing licence for the sister-in-law and fishing licences do not show up on the list - only hunting licences.
She had re-registered on the relm without any problems and her win card is up to date. The history shows her last purchase in 2012 as correct.

We purchased a fishing licence online a couple of weeks ago for the brother-in-law without any problems.

I told her to phone the relm help line but they may not be open on the weekend.

I believe it is because it is free fishing weekend. Retailers have signs saying licences cannot be purchased. Makes no sense if you are going on a trip though.
