Good fishing spots east of Edmonton

Hey guys,

wondering if you can suggest a good fishing spot east of Edmonton. Took the day off work tomorrow but seems west and southwest have pending T-storms.

Most of the decent lakes to the east are close to Lac La Biche area from what I have found. Haven't heard of any good lakes close by Edmonton to the east.

East of edmonton eh?????
I would head 100 km east, then 200km west, or.....
Head 100 km east, then 100 km north, hope this helps.:):)

Saskatchewan has excellent fishing!!

Lots of lakes 1-1/2 hrs or more NE. of Edmonton. Non close that are str8 E. Look in the regs and on a map and pick one.
