I was wondering if you guys could help me out with telling me what my gun is worth.I have a Tikka M695, 270,stainless,synthetic stock with a Nikon buckmaster 4.5 -14 -40 on it.The gun has shot about 250 to 300 rounds.I have really taken care of the gun,its clean no scratches but the scope has a few scratches on it that's about it.A guy wants to buy it but im not really decided if I want to sell it so I told him if he gives me 900 I would sell it.Some tell me i am asking to much and some tell me not enough, but to me if i would have to go and replace that gun with something similar it would cost me way more.To me my gun is worth this much and I don't really care if the guy doesn't take her. What do you guys think?

honestly that's a very difficult question. I would also not want to give you a good opinion without having the gun in my hand.

Here it goes anyway: replacement for you another Tikka, decent scope, rings ... would be absolute min. 1600, probably more.
I usually assume a used gun in decent shape about half price.

The way things work I would guess you, as a seller, might make more money selling gun and scope separately.

That is a fair and reasonable price on both sides for that rifle and scope. It depends on the condition of the rifle. If yours is in good condition then it is well worth the money.

If you don't have to sell it then I would move very little on the price.

If he comes up with the $900 in all fairness I'd think you're pretty well obliged to sell it to him. The 695's are a better but heavier model than the T3's, bit slicker action and well made. More gun. They seem to run around the $600-$800 range bare. Nothing wrong at all with the T3's, but whatever you do with that 695 don't lose the clip.
Never owned a 695, but I have a 658 Premier I wouldn't sell for less than $1500 bare.

I have the same gun in 25-06, and it is my favourite hunting rifle. I have been looking for other calibres, and they don't come up that often. For that reason alone, I wouldn't part with mine.

Not knowing the value of the scope, but knowing Nikon is a good name, I'd say $900 is not unreasonable. My gun was $900 new when I bought it a few years ago.

If you're looking for trades, PM me.
