Little red deer river

hi, i have recently moved to olds. i tried fishing the little red deer river yesterday with no luck on light spinning gear trying two different mepps aglia. am parking by the wooden bridge on the way to eagle hill. anyone have any tips from experience fishing spining gear in that area?

Never had much luck at that location with spinning gear , better results with the fly rod. Would recomend just heading a little further north to red lodge camp ground or just go to the bottom of dickson damn. Always have good luck at the bottom of the damn.
