I have a Remington Model 700 Mountain Rifle in .280 cal., and I am thinking of selling it, and would like some opinions on what it might be worth. It is about 15 years old, in excellent shape, maybe had 6 boxes of shells put through it, I am the original owner, it is very light, with a tapered, blued barrel, wooden stock. It has been well cared for, and a great shooting rifle!! Thanks!!

I was thinking the same thing:evilgrin: I will go 75.
Honestly without seeing it I would guess 600 to 650 if mint. I could be wrong. With rings bases brass scope etc the price goes up. Good luck.

If it is mint and under 200 rounds you should be able to squeeze 650-700 out of it due to the fact that .280's are a sought after caliber and hard to find. Good luck.

Yup, just figured out shipping and handling, and it'll run you about $600+$50 for the rifle, for a grand total of $650! Since I too am a nice guy, I'll throw in a box of shells!:D:D
