Has anyone else tried the spiced rum at Costco, Kirkland brand? I bought a bottle 1.75 litre for $47. Cant beat the taste or price.

Not a rummy, but any of the Kirkland brand alcoholic products have been good quality.

I may try that rum for the holidays.

I've never tried their spiced rum, but I can say the same ^ for their 'distilled six times' Kirkland Vodka.

Ummm I'm not much of a drinker, rum or otherwise. But I bought a bottle of that rum without realizing how large it was. but it is quite tasty. Have quite enjoyed it on a couple of occasions haha.

Could not help but buy a bottle last time I was there. Price was killer. But, sadly that will be the last time. The taste is a real turnoff to me. Guess I'll stick to Matusalem and Zaya.

I will have to give it a try, don't buy the tequila, very harsh.

I rarely drink hard alchohol but if I did I would buy it at Costco.I will say the Kirkland Signature variety of craft brewed Ales & Lagers is a no brainer if you like beer.6 each of Amber/Pale Ale/India Pale Ale/German Lager. As a bonus they are glass pop top bottles which as a home brewer I can use for my own brews when I decide to bottle force carbonated via the keg.

I had a bottle given to me and I enjoyed it. I didn't have high hopes as I only drink premium alcohol but it was pretty good.

Mixing it with lime and gingerale leads to a sore head the next day... And some investigative time figuring out how the bottle got quite that empty...

Agreed on the vodka, it's a nice glow from that and quite smooth.

The Kirkland spiced rum is a great mixing rum, but I tend to stick to the top shelf stuff when drinking straight.

I've been to the Edmonton store on the Yellowhead and the one in St Albert. I've never seen any alcohol there. Am I going blind in my old age or just not looking in the right spot?

Only the Costco's in Sherwood Park and on 215 Street have liquor stores at the moment.

Not correct.

St albert does.

Sepe rate entrance.

I think a few others also have booze.
