First stop ... Norglenwold lake access road .... who wants to be the first to drive on ? No snow, that's clear ice not open water.

Townsite by the main pier ... we had a 40-50 km north wind Saturday night which broke up the ice.

Still a few weeks before we can get out & fish as per the following cut & paste from the reg's ...... best part is there's no snow on the ice which will allow it to grow and no flood water to worry about like last year!
Sylvan Lake & tributaries – Walleye limit 0; Pike limit 3 over 63 cm; Perch limit 5; Lake Whitefish limit 5; Burbot limit 2 (Burbot limit 0 - Feb. 1 to Mar. 31).
Nov. 1 to Dec. 10 – CLOSED .... Dec. 11 to Mar. 31 – OPEN
