Island lake GP

Anyone fish island lake, went through the threads and apparently there is some decent trout in there, just wondering if it's still producing and worth fishing, thank you.

I'm thinking your talking about one island lake. Just across the border into bc, south of Dawson. It has some Big fish, both Brookies and rainbows. They're notoriously hard to catch but usually a good one when you do. The ice can be sketchy at times, due to springs I believe.

Not a novice lake but produces big big fish compairable to dragon lake
If u haven't fished it's worth and it will tell u how good a fishermen u r
Brookies r huge biggest seen was around 7 lbs biggest bow close to 11 lbs
