That is fantastic! Years ago I was in Finland doing biology-type work and we had to walk across a floating vegetation mat over top of a large fen. It looked just like a field, but it would be springy and if you jumped you could see the waves move out around you since you were essentially walking on water. We wore snowshoes to prevent us from putting a foot through on a "thin" spot...I tried walking without the snowshoes and at one point my foot did go through, it swallowed my leg up to the hip and I just about lost my boot. I don't think there were any fish under there (more muskeg than lake), but fishing in one would be neat. Makes you wonder what you'd see if you had an aquaview!

It's some kind of catfish I think. When I saw this for the first time, I thought of my aquaview as well.....would be awesome!!
