Anyone watching the show Ice Lake Rebels on discovery channel? Looks interesting. Just found it on TV. Thought the ice fishermen might enjoy the heads up.

It is a marathon on Discovery channel all night tonight, Dec 25.

I watched some of the filming for this show, it is ridiculous the efforts they go to so that viewers think they live in the wilderness. They are 200 to 300 meters from a grocery store, I kid you not.

I'm sure they are not so remote from "civilization" but looks interesting in the fact that it is a Canadian north country show instead of a gator show from a bayou in the states.

Not sure how much is out fishing or out on the land so far. When I started watching some folks were out ice fishing.
