I muself like the pic threads so ill throw this up for everyone else to see ..as i like to contribute ...i spent a few days on buck .. jackfish lakes and a couple northern lakes within 2 hrs of edmonton ...hope you guys enjoy most fish were caught on a copper jig head ... the standing up kind and a parkers or a small red n white jig and maggots and i like the deep side of drop offs on the north side of lakes..afternoons been the best for me

Yup for the first day ill be hittin the big lake ...and then thursday im hoping ill find somewhere close by where i can keep a walleye ..but i might end up on lac la biche both days

Nice fish, nice pic's. What's the ice thickness there? About 5 inches or so? Should learn to smile tho.

Lol my gf says the same thing about me smiling lol ...the ice in the last pic was probly about 1.5 inches maybe two ...i bobber fished the same pond the weekend before lol ..probly not very wise the ice was thicker near shore and i only noticed the actual thickness when i sat down ...then i snapped a quick pic and got the heck outta dodge lol
