Has anyone been out lately? How much ice is there? Have you been catching much?

was 18 inches where I was last weekend. always some bad spots so be careful. catching lots of 3-4 pound pike nothing exciting, the odd decent walleye around too

If you dont have a 4x4 Id save the gas money. Some pretty impressive snow drifts on the lake today

coming off was even more fun than going on. I hate going that fast on the ice but it was the only way to bust through the drifts that formed while I was out there. better size average than the weekend. the ice in my holes was 6 inches thick just from Sunday

I summer fish here a lot, but never on the hard water. Where are some decent spots? dont need anyones special spot just some where thats ok. thanks
