Pine Coulee,Oldman;Sherburne,Chin;Help

Have planned a three day fishing +skiing trip during the holiday, 26th will fish Pine Coulee for burbot and walleye, if no luck will try Oldman the same day; 27th ski in Castle Mountain; 28th fish Sherburne( may be Chin if it is better ) for perch and walleye.

But I have never fished the lakes, any information about tips and hot sports would be highly expected.
