It's not all about the catching part, fishing is wonderful all on its own.

Nice pics, I have to agree, nothing quite like a lake with a slight ripple at the beginning of the day, knowing you have the whole day to spend YOUR time on the water.

For me there is nothing that clears the mind of all the crap, like pulling up on a spot, dropping the electric, and watching your bouncer rig drop to the depths, with "arches" all over the screen.............ah its going to be a great day!!:sHa_shakeshout:

Beautiful photos. Fishing is more about the overall experience than merely the catching of fish. However, fishing too long without catching certainly lessens the overall experience!:sign0111:

I didn't include fish pictures, but I caught fish on all of those excursions.

I really enjoy the scenery pics, makes me itch for summer. I too learned to enjoy the sights sounds and such, along with paddling the canoe. The fishing is a bonus, catching them even better! No fish, but sometimes you have to take a pic of what you caught. Yes that's a clam, my record is 6 in one day. To anybody interested I'll give up my clam spot for your perch spot lol
