Gull lake perch

Me and a buddy where out on gull last weekend hit up a few spots I like too fish for perch we ended up catching 92 perch but they were all smaller biggest 10.5 inches I'm used too catching them 12 to 14 inches anybody else notice there is a lot more small perch around this year we also caught 18 walleye which is unusual for me usually get one or two per trip unless targeting them

A 10" perch is considered pretty good at most of the lakes around here.
