Matchayaw (Devil's) lake night Burbot

Anyone have much luck with Burbot on this lake? Since its so mild today and close to home I was thinking of experimenting with some night fishing but all I ever catch there are hammer handle Pike. Might give it a try.

Used to see some big perch come out of there. There was one guy that would always have big perch on the ice. But he wasn't give up his secret. I wonder if their still in there.

I wouldn't say so, This lake is full of sport size pike. Could catch some keepers too. Been there couple times, fresh video from there
