Hunter's New Tax

Well just talked to some F&W Guy's and a new tax will be added to your hunting lic.The new tax is for hunter's parking on oil leases,and on all crown land,the new tax cost will be $100.00 and has to be paid at the time you buy your lic.otherwise you cannot get a lic.:\
