Ice conditions at Spray Lakes

Hello I was just wondering if anyone has been out that way this past week, and could give me an ice condition report. I will be taking my niece and nephew out that way for some fishing and dog sledding. Not sure how we will fair they are 6 and 7 years of age all they can talk about is the dog sledding they wanted to bring their own dog.:)

Sunday i was there 16-18 inches of ice almost all the snow on top of lake was melted or melting with the gusting winds all day and a couple of inches of water on top just to make it fun.Got a few bites only landed 2 small ones.
