Cant believe how brazen this guy was.
Could of gone a lot worse.

Red Deer, Alberta Red Deer RCMP are searching for a man who exposed himself to four eight year old girls shortly before 2 pm on Saturday, January 24 in the Normandeau neighbourhood. The girls were playing in the front yard of a home on Northey Avenue when one walked away to go inside to get a drink.
Red Deer RCMP are searching for a man who exposed himself to four eight year old girls shortly before 2 pm on Saturday, January 24 in the Normandeau neighbourhood.
A man appeared in the yard, picked her up and took her toward a shed in the back yard. When the other three girls followed their friend, the man directed them to the shed and blocked their exit. He exposed himself and began to touch himself, refusing to allow the girls to leave. He left a short time later and was last seen running south down the alley behind Northey Avenue.
RCMP members and Police Dog Services immediately attended and swept the area but were unable to locate the suspect. RCMP continue to aggressively investigate this crime and are looking for surveillance cameras in the area and any witnesses that may have seen this suspect and can help in identifying him.
The girls were not physically harmed by the suspect during this incident.
The suspect is described as:
Having tanned skin
Short dark brown hair to his ears
Facial stubble
Skinny build
Wearing a black shirt and jeans
