Floor Puzzle?

Have an unussual request. Does anyone have any floor puzzles they could sell me or even tell me where you can buy one? my 4 yr. old grandson has been assembling the Ninja Turtle one that his dad (my son) used to play with when he was 4. My wife has been trying to find another but no joy in any of the stores she's gone to. Don't even know if they still make them. Here's a pic. of what i'm talking about. My grandson sure gets excited when he puts it together, but he needs some different ones. Thanks.
PS.....if you can lend us one till grandson outgrows it, you will get it back in good shape for your grandchild. Keep in mind we have taken care of this one for about 23 yrs.

Have you tried to contact someone that does scroll saw work??
It shouldn"t be to hard to make a few floor puzzles.
The cost may be a lot less.
