Where to fish cold lake ?

I have never fished lakers through the ice, nor have I ever fished Cold Lake. Can anybody offer up some ideas of where to fish ? Directions? And even the gear required to try and catch one of those beautiful hogs? Thanks , I would be driving up there from Wabamun area.....

Welcome to the forums.
You might want to post on the fishing partner thread and maybe someone else is going out. A big lake and deep lake. Use the search tool and check out past posts about cold lake. Lots of information in the threads. Good luck.
