Do it yourself. Home depot sells spray foam kits cheap and it's easy and fast to do.

You ever used them?? Especially in the cold like this?? Those froth pack kits are garbage from a spray foamers standpoint!! They dont give half the quality as a professional. They are not near as dense as real foam either.

2lb foam is the only way to go in this kind of a climate if you ask me!!

Used them but only indoors with temporary heat going. Work very well. Very dense and very good results on par with professional applicators. Trick is changing the nozzle often, use all the kit they give you per box. I had other contractors come behind me who were totally impressed. Surfaces definitely need to be dry and warm.

depends how big of an area you have they say if its over 1000 square feet its far cheaper to hire someone than to do it yourself
