Gull has produced better for us so far. We were going to go to wizard today however due to the weather and taking the kids we thought best to wait a day. Only chose Wizard over Gull as it's closer. Had talked about trying Lassard but have been God the fishing out there has been very slow.

Fished Wizard lake about 20 years ago, 20-30ft seems really deep to target pike and burb, is that the norm for that lake?

Ya. pretty much. The lake drops off to 17 feet within 20 feet of shore.

Well that makes sense then, I just don't remember it being that deep.

Here's a map. You can see how the shoreline drops off pretty quick on the east side of the lake. 20 to 30 feet has little perch and dacy minnows which keeps the pike busy.
