Fishing in Nepel

Hello, ill be heading on a 3 week backpacking trip in Nepel in December and was wondering if anyone had any info of weather or not it would be worth the weight to pack some fly or spinning gear? I haven't research much yet but any help would be appreciated.

i think there's some browns in northern india near nepal through the same way we got them (introduction done by the brits)
