Not that long ago I'm sure their stated stats were that 99% of people didn't go over the limit; now it's 80%... It's nothing but old media trying to protect itself from cable cord cutters. Optik TV runs over the same lines and uses tons and tons of bandwidth but doesnt count, hmmmm right. Netflix 4k Ultra High Def uses minimum 7GB per hour and things are going to get ugly when the overage charges start rolling out.

There is so much free or low cost/on demand content out there why anyone would shell out money for cable and prop up these scumbags (outside of sports junkies maybe) is beyond me.
