La Biche or Calling?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to take the girlfriend out ice fishing for the weekend and hoping to get into some pig burbot and walleye - just for fun. I've never fished either lake but am a seasoned ice fisherman. Which do you think has better fishing, assuming I'm new to both?

La biche.calling is good but need to know where to fish.iive heard nothing but how big an in abundance the eyes are in la biche.

Was on calling about a month ago. Drove on at lake view drive, a couple three roads past the gas station in town. Caught walleye in 30-35 fow, perch from 35-16, pike in 16 fow. We had a decent day for being out for a few hours in the middle of the afternoon. Lots of ice.

I was on a lake in the calling area a week ago, and did well - never fished la biche so I can't comment.

Wow. Fishing is terrible so far at La Biche. Two hits on the tipup but no takers :(

I'm at the main point in the middle, north side of the lake. Anyone have recommendations for where the fish are biting lately??

Didnt have any luck on tip ups when we were there . Caught everything while jigging . White jig head with a mr twister double tail tipped with a minnow .

How deep are you fishing? I've been fishing between 14-30 ft of water. Grr.
