Order received twice

I have ordered an item online but I received the item twice. I checked my bank statement and I was charged only for one. I sent an email to them to send me a return label so I can ship back the extra item but they said that there system cannot generate return label and they are asking me to pay for the shipping and I will get refund when received.

I don't want to ship it because I will be responsible for loss/damage. what do you guys think?

Same thing happened to me a few yrs ago.
Got 2 pkgs, each 3 packs of Tekkan G5 broadheads out of the US.
I emailed them and told them, they appreciated my honesty and asked me to just pay for the extras.
And reply by me, they can refund the Paypal transaction $12 for me to ship the extras back.
No reply, I guess I wasn't as honest as they thought not to trust me for $12 more, ha.

Email them and say, send me the prepaid packaging or you will just keep the stuff. Not your responsibility for you to do the customs and shipping etc...
