Return computers to costco

My laptop is a piece of **** and wanna return it to Costco for full refund. Their website says full refund in 90 days after purchase. Has anyone had any troubles returning electronics after 4-6 months?

91+ days, and you're out of luck for a full refund at Costco with computers. However you still have the warranty to fall back on, to get it repaired.

They are running tight on electronics warranty now. They were taking big hits on people bringing stuff back and then getting a refund and then buying the new latest model. The bad part was the price generally goes down so you could actually upgrade and make money. There was millions a year so they adhere pretty tight now.

What is so bad? Is it something that needs to be repaired or just a software issue? May be an easy fix.
