We just put an offer on a house and are considering a home inspection.
It's a small bungalow with a fully developed basement. Was fully redone a couple years back and looks great and well done. But would value a second opinion.
Anyone on here offer this?

Find a good 1, most home inspectors are clue less I've found in my experience. A good inspector should spend more than a hour doing his inspection, look for someone that has been a inspector for a long time it shows they do a proper inspection or they would be out of business due to lawsuits

Definitely worth it!

We just used a guy from the Pass, and he was excellent. If you're in the southwest area of the province, let me know and I'll shoot you his name.
