check out utube lots of good vids for pike and walleye just search fillet pike...

This is the best video I've found. Do it this way and you will never have any problems. Just skin them after before cooking, and you have boneless, skinless fillets.

Just think about conservation and if you are keeping pike to eat, the best size to keep them with the current regs is between 25 (63 cm) inches and 30 inches.

Rustynailz had some dam nice looking fillets from their big pike

I tried this method the other day with mixed results. I found that the back portions still contained a ton of bones. Not sure how anyone else gets those out but I am not a huge fan. I think I like the method tundra buck posted. seems a lot better.
